Today will be day 5, taking the pine pollen, shilajit, and butea superba.
I notice increase energy and I’m no stranger to supplements or shilajit I’ve taken those minerals before.
These products work and I felt the butea superba too. Only taken that twice so far. But the other two products I took all of the 4 days.

I did a review on the resin (It was kind of long so I didn't want to type all of that here too) but since I use the resin at work, I needed something I could take on my days off, and on the weekends and this works well for that. since it is in pill form, I can take as few or as many as I need for that day!

I've taken Based Shilajit before and liked the results, so I decided to try out the Dead Sea Magnesium, Black Ginger, and Butea Superba. The magnesium helps me have a more restful sleep, especially when combined with Shilajit. I empty the capsules in a small amount of water and drink it down. It tastes sweet. The Black Ginger does increase blood flow and energy, especially at two capsules a day. Paired with Butea Superba, the libido effect is stronger. Once again, a stronger effect when I take two Butea Superba capsules. I'm impressed with all the Based products except for the Pine Pollen tincture. I'm allergic to pollen sadly. The rest I can take, however, with no adverse effects, just good effects. Keep on looking for more natural substances to keep us males getting through life with the vitality we need, BASED.
